Scana Energy Is Full of Scams and Scams

My service was disconnected after paying the past due amount, they came to reconnect my service. Three days later, Atlanta Gas Light was in front of my house to disconnect service yet again.
My service was disconnected because of a $60.00 reconnect fee that they failed to inform me to pay in a 10 day period. Sheila a customer service manager was not helpful at all. In fact she was rude and irrational.
I paid the $80.00 fee the following Saturday and she told me that since my account had been inactive for more than ten days (how can they count SUNDAY WHEN THEY ARE CLOSED and I couldn't call them Sunday to notify them of the payment that was made Saturday night) that she would have to start the whole application over.
PLEASE DONT DO IT THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!! I have now switched to Atlanta Gas Light. We need to boycott these major companies because they are all about their profit and don't give two rats a** about their customers.
