Georgia Natural Gas Providers Gouge Customers

It has been my experience companies such as Scana Energy gouge their consumers by allowing the customer only to have a lower unit rate if you rant, rave and threaten to go to another company.
It’s my opinion that the state government (with the creation of the Georgia Public Service Commission) did us no favor by deregulating the natural gas industry as I have seen my natural gas bill more than double since deregulation.
Oftentimes, the Atlanta Gas pass thru charge is more than the actual gas usage portion. I wonder if there are any way seniors such as I can get any relief as we are gouged and cheated daily.
The Georgia Public Service Commission is a complete joke. This so called regulating body is clearly "in bed" with the for profit utility companies who find elaborate and not so elaborate ways to cheat residents by overcharging.
